The simplest thing you can do is to just subscribe podcast (iTunes now calls this "Follow"). iTunes uses subscriber numbers in the first few weeks to determine if a podcast gets featured on their "new and notable" section. If you simply subscribe on iTunes, we'll give you an access to an MP3 recording of one of Avish's full "Ding Happens" keynotes.
(If you didn't know, Avish is a professional speaker who uses improv comedy to help audiences improvise, adapt, and innovate. It's fun, funny, has a bunch of improv games, and will give you a bunch of ideas on how to respond to change and be more innovative).
